Sportsform

Dressform

Orthotic with intrinsic forefoot and rearfoot posts with a breathable top cover. Suitable for dress shoes (flats or pumps). For patients with bunions, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, neuroma and pronation.

Dressform – Hole in heel

Same as DressForm with the addition of intrinsic heel insert for better fit in dress heels. Maintains a lower profile and increased heel seat.

Dressform Slip-ons

Designed for men’s and women’s low-heeled dress shoes with a semi-flexible shell with or without a 1/16 inch foam forefoot extension to the sulcus.

Activeform

Orthotic with intrinsic forefoot and rearfoot posts. Meets the needs of the active individual while adapting to a variety of shoe styles. Suitable for heel pain, arch fatigue, plantar fasciitis, neuromas and pronation.

Activeform Full Length

Same as ActiveForm with the addition of 1/16 or 1/8 inch shock absorbing foam.

Goldenform

Accomodative flexible shell with EVA foam filler and foam top cover to met heads for comfort, shock absorption and control. For patients with bunions, arthritis, plantar lesions and heel spurs.

Goldenform Heel-to-toe

Same as GoldenForm with 1/8 inch shock absorbing foam extended to toes.

Goldenform Diabetic

Same as GoldenForm Heel-to-toe with the addition of plastizote top cover in varied thicknesses and extended EVA filler for increased support and comfort.

Heel Stabilizer

Orthotic with either intrinsic or extrinsic rearfoot posts and intrinsic forefoot posts.

Shaffer Plate

Orthotic with slightly wider and higher medial flange for excessive pronation. Available with either intrinsic or extrinsic rearfoot posts and intrinsic forefoot posts.

Child’s Functional

Orthotic shell with extrinsic rearfoot and intrinsic forefoot posts.

In-toe Gait Plate

Orthotic with extensions under the medial side to induce correction. Rearfoot posting in either intrinsic or extrinsic.

Out-toe Gait Plate
